ColbrookIndustries provides industrial engineering consultancy, manufacturing process optimization, and operational excellence services to clients in South Africa. All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis under a separate written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to facilities and personnel, and a safe working environment for ColbrookIndustries personnel. Failure to meet these obligations may delay or suspend services without liability to ColbrookIndustries.
All methodologies, tools, reports, and deliverables created by ColbrookIndustries remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal operations.
ColbrookIndustries’ total liability arising from any claim related to services or this website shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or production downtime.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of a material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the effective date.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
